  1. Open the chicken thighs and cut into strips, as much as possible.

Marinade

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Add the chicken. Toss, cover, and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
  2. Preheat the grill, setting the burners on high.
  3. Drain the chicken and thread onto the skewers.
  4. Cook the skewers on the grill for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice and grilled zucchini.
