Preparation

  1. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
  2. On a large plate, drizzle the lemon juice onto the pears and coat with the honey.
  3. Grill the fruit, cut side down, for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for 2 minutes or until tender to the tip of a knife.

Note

Halved and pitted peaches and plums are also perfect for grilling.
