- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Add the cubes of meat to the spice rub and coat well. Toss with the oil and marinate for 15 minutes, or cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
- Thread the meat onto skewers. Brush with oil. Grill the skewers for 8 minutes or until medium doneness, turning them halfway through cooking.
The spice rub can be made in large quantities and stored in an airtight container for several weeks at room temperature.
