Turkey Patties

  1. In a bowl, thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
  2. With slightly damp hands, shape the mixture into 4 patties. Brush with oil and refrigerate for 15 minutes.


  1. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
  2. Grill the patties for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through. Toast the buns, if desired.
  3. Spread the sriracha mayonnaise onto each bun. Layer with the lettuce, turkey patty, cucumbers and bean sprouts. Close the burgers.

  1. Delicious! I made this recipe with ground chicken, as ground turkey was not available at the time of purchase. Do add a little bit of Panko breadcrumbs to firm up the meat mixture slightly because it is very, very soft and it would be difficult to form & handle on the BBQ. I read another comment about the fish sauce flavour being too pronounced, so I used only half what the recipe called for. However, I didn't taste it at all and would use the entire amount the next time. The mayonnaise is great too!
