Delicious! I made this recipe with ground chicken, as ground turkey was not available at the time of purchase. Do add a little bit of Panko breadcrumbs to firm up the meat mixture slightly because it is very, very soft and it would be difficult to form & handle on the BBQ. I read another comment about the fish sauce flavour being too pronounced, so I used only half what the recipe called for. However, I didn't taste it at all and would use the entire amount the next time. The mayonnaise is great too!
