  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Salad

  1. Add the remaining ingredients to the dressing and toss well. Let marinate for 20 minutes. Adjust the seasoning.
  2. Delicious with grilled salmon, chicken or as a sandwich condiment.
