  1. Thread the chicken strips onto metal or wooden skewers.
  2. In a dish or large sealable plastic bag, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the chicken skewers and coat well with the marinade. Cover the dish or seal the bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
  4. Grill the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through.

Comments

  1. Awesome flavour. I omitted the yogurt and broiled in the oven - moist and tasty!

  2. I added and extra garlic clove and a little turmeric and I used lime instead of lemon. Great on the barby.
