In a small dish, combine the chili powder and salt.
Rub the rim of a tall glass with the lime wedge. Dip the mouth of the glass into the salt mixture.
In the same glass, combine the lime juice, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce, and stir gently. Add the tomato clam juice. Fill with ice cubes. Top up with the beer and garnish with the lime wedge.
