Sticky buns are surefire crowd-pleasers that don’t require a lot of mad baking skills to pull off. In fact, you probably have all the ingredients in your kitchen already. So what’re you waiting for? You could be tearing into ooey-gooey caramel-glazed goodness in a matter of hours.

    • 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) buttermilk
    • 1/4 cup (55 g) sugar
    • 2 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 4 1/4 cups (640 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 3/4 cup (170 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • Caramel

    • 3/4 cup (165 g) lightly packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup (55 g) unsalted butter, melted
    • 1/4 cup (60 ml) light corn syrup
    • 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
    • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Filling

    • 1/2 cup (105 g) lightly packed brown sugar
    • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    • Buttermilk, for brushing
