Chili and Chive Labneh

  1. Spoon the labneh into a shallow serving bowl.
  2. Garnish with the chives and chili slices. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper.


Find labneh, a Middle Eastern strained yogurt, in some grocery stores. To make labneh at home, strain full-fat plain yogurt through cheesecloth for 4 to 12 hours in the refrigerator. Before removing from the cheesecloth, squeeze the labneh to drain any excess liquid.
