    • 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/8 tsp salt
    • 1 cup (150 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
    • 1 zucchini, finely grated
    • 6 thin slices ham
    • 1 1/2 cups (150 g) cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

If desired, cut 1 zucchini in half lengthwise and thinly slice. Sauté and add to the ham and cheese inside each crepe.
