Za’atar spice mix is available in most grocery stores. You can also make it yourself by combining 2 tbsp dried thyme, 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds, 1 tbsp ground sumac, 2 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp ground cumin and 1 tsp fleur de sel.
