    • 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
    • 2 tsp dried thyme
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1 tsp ground sumac
    • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    • 1/2 tsp fleur de sel
  • Toasts

    • 4 naan breads or 2 large flat breads
    • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
    • 2 small zucchini, sliced into thin ribbons on a mandoline
    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) labneh
    • Tahini, to taste (optional)
  • Salad

    • 2 cups (280 g) cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 cup (140 g) strawberries, quartered
    • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
    • Mint leaves, torn, to taste

Ready-made zaatar spice mixes are available in certain grocery stores. Instead of zaatar, you can simply combine sesame seeds and oregano in a 2 to 1 ratio.
