- In a 2-cup (500 ml) mason-style jar, combine the bourbon, passion fruit juice, orange juice, lemon juice and cane syrup. Fill with ice cubes. Add the basil leaf and top off with the ginger ale. Thread the grape onto the thyme sprig and place on the rim of the jar.
To get the required amount of passion fruit juice, using the back of a spoon, press the flesh of 2 passion fruits into a sieve set over a bowl.
