- In a bowl, combine the pineapple, mango, kiwi and 2 tbsp of the sugar. Let marinate for 10 minutes (see note).
- Place the bananas, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and caramelize using a small kitchen torch.
- Place two banana halves on each plate. Top with the fruit salad.
You can replace these fruits with 2 cups (500 ml) of mixed tropical fruits of your choice.
