Ingredients

  • 12 whole chicken wings (see note)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil

• Sauce

  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) spicy piri piri
 sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) red wine vinegar
