- Pour the water into the pressure cooker. Place the steaming tray in the machine and add the eggs.
- Cover and select the Programmable function on HI (high pressurization). Set the machine to cook for 6 minutes for soft egg yolks or 8 minutes for firmer yolks.
- Let the pressure release manually to avoid overcooking the eggs. Remove the eggs from the pressure cooker and plunge in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. Peel the eggs.
Note
The biggest advantage of cooking eggs in the pressure cooker is that they are easier to peel.
