Ingredients

  • 1 Boston lettuce, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 cup (25 g) arugula
  • 1 pomegranate, seeds only

• Dressing

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
  • 4 tsp (20 ml) red or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) honey
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) cranberry ketchup or store-bought ketchup
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch ground ginger or cinnamon
