- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large ramekin or small 6-inch (15 cm) cast iron skillet, spread out the chocolate and marshmallows. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are golden. Remove from the oven. Let cool for 2 minutes and place at the centre of the table (on a dishcloth).
- Let everyone dip their own graham crackers directly in the baking dish.
