Green Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (10 g) parsley, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup (10 g) cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) tahini
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 cup (250 ml) plain Greek yogurt

Preparation

  1. In a personal blender fitted with the grinding blade, blend the parsley, cilantro, oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and half of the yogurt until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Add the remaining yogurt. Season generously with salt.
