- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
- Spread the baguette and cheese slices out on a large plate. Brush with 2 tbsp (30 ml) of the oil on both sides. Grill the baguette, cheese and bacon on both sides. On a work surface, cut the bread into large cubes and the bacon into large pieces.
- On a serving dish, arrange the tomatoes, bacon, cheese and bread. Sprinkle with the herbs. Drizzle with the lemon juice and remaining oil. Season with salt and pepper.
