- 2/3 cup (175 g) ricotta cheese

Preparation

Herbed Ricotta
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Generously season with salt and pepper.
Toast
- Spread the herbed ricotta over the toast and top with the tomatoes. Season with pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and sprinkle with fleur de sel. Serve immediately.
