Ingredients: 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey; ¼ tsp red pepper flakes; 1 dried Parmesan sausage, cut into 12 diagonal slices, each about 1/8 inch (3 mm) thick; 12 small basil leaves, torn; ¼ fennel bulb, thinly sliced; 12 fresh Parmesan cheese shavings; 1 orange, peeled and cut into skinless segments, and the segments halved; Fennel fronds (optional)

Ingredients

Preparation

- In a small bowl, combine the honey and red pepper flakes.
- Place the sausage slices on a serving dish. Top each slice with the basil, fennel, cheese, orange pieces and fennel fronds, if desired. Drizzle with the spicy honey. Serve immediately.
