Ginger Spritz

  1. Place the sugar on a small plate. Rub the rim of a spritz cocktail glass or a large wine glass with the lemon wedge. Dip the rim in the sugar to coat.
  2. Place the ice cubes in the glass. Pour in the citrus liqueur, ginger beer, sparkling water and lemon juice. Garnish with the orange slice and a basil leaf, if desired.
