    • ¼ cup (60 ml) tamari
    • 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
    • 1 tbsp (15 ml) rice vinegar
    • 1 tbsp marinated ginger for sushi, chopped
    • 2 tsp cornstarch
    • 2 tsp (10 ml) Sriracha

    • 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
    • 4 top sirloin beef medallions, each about 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick
    • 1 lb (450 g) asparagus, trimmed
    • 4 Lebanese cucumbers, quartered lengthwise
    • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
