Ingredients

- ¾ cup (100 g) fresh strawberries, sliced, plus more for serving
- 3 tbsp tarragon leaves
- 1 ½ oz (45 ml) elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1 oz (30 ml) vodka
- 2 tsp (10 ml) lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- Ice cubes

Preparation

- In a cocktail shaker, using a muddler, crush the strawberries and tarragon leaves to extract as much juice and flavour as possible.
- Add the elderflower liqueur, vodka, lemon juice, salt and a few ice cubes. Mix vigorously for 1 minute. Strain into a chilled Champagne coupe or martini glass. Garnish with strawberries, if desired.

Note from Ricardo

For a perfectly chilled cocktail, place the glasses in the freezer for 1 hour before preparing your cocktails. Alternatively, fill the glasses with ice cubes, then empty them right before serving up the cocktail.
