The corn ribs can be cooked in an air fryer. Place half of the corn ribs at a time in the basket of the air fryer, evenly spaced out. Cook for 10 minutes at 375°F (190°C). Flip the corn over and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until tender.

For safe handling, make sure that your cutting board is held securely in place. Place a damp dishcloth under the board or use a RICARDO cutting board with non-slip feet.
