Not all loaf pans have the same capacity. Place the filled loaf pans on a baking sheet to catch any overflow. Do not open the oven to clean up the mess!

If you prepare this recipe in the evening, cover the hot breads with a piece of parchment paper and a dry dishcloth. This will keep the cakes moist as they cool overnight.
