Sea lettuce flakes are ideal for this recipe. If you can only find large pieces, you can easily blend them in a coffee grinder to create small flakes.

If you prefer, you can place the lobster in the freezer for 15 minutes before cutting into it; this way, it will be almost asleep. For safety, keep the rubber bands around the claws while cutting into the lobster.
