This quick and easy dessert can be made using store-bought pound cake. All you need to do is cut a rectangle along the top of the cake and fill it with a lemon cream. Then add various-sized dollops of Italian meringue with the help of a pastry bag, topped with grated lime zest and orange and grapefruit segments for the ultimate colourful dessert.
