Ontario’s climate and soil are ideal for growing soybeans. In fact, the province is a big reason why Canada is recognized as a top producer of quality soybeans. Ricardo visits with Jeff Barlow, a Binbrook, Ontario, grower. On land farmed by his family from generation to generation over the last 150 years, Jeff harvests this versatile bean, which is used to make food products such as soy milk, tofu, soy sauce and miso.
