On a quest to get more green on your plate? Fresh herbs are always a winning option. Whether for added flavour to your meat, as a significant component to your spring salads, or simply as a garnish, herbs are a wonderful addition to any meal. Ricardo shows you how to keep them fresh!


  1. I knew about the water and in the fridge, but never thought about the vent thing. Also, didn't know to put the store pot in a larger one and fill with water. Thanks for this.
