Happy Hour at Café RICARDO

This past May, the winners of our "Appetizers and Cocktails at Café RICARDO" contest got together for a happy hour event alongside Ricardo and chef Isabelle Deschamps Plante. In order to triple their chances of winning, participants had to submit a canapé recipe using Boulangerie Grissol's Melba Toast. This winning bite was served during the event. Lorna Wagner of Bonnyville, Alberta won the big prize for her delicious recipe for goat cheese and grilled grape canapés!
