Squash, fennel and grilled onions are combined with sliced apple, and then drizzled with a dressing made with apple juice, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup that brings a sweet and tangy touch. If you are preparing the vegetables to serve with the turkey, place an oven rack in the highest position before roasting the turkey. Begin roasting the vegetables when you increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) (step 11 of the turkey recipe) for 15 minutes. Continue to roast the vegetables for 10 minutes while the turkey is resting, stirring them halfway through cooking.
