If you don’t have an egg cooker, you can steam the eggs in a steamer basket. Place the steamer basket in the bottom of a large pot, make sure there is enough water to just reach the bottom of the steamer, and cook the eggs, covered, for 12 minutes.

If you have leftover egg yolk mixture, use to garnish toast or a sandwich.
