Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (75 g) butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) cayenne pepper hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) honey
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

• Skewers

  • 1 lb (450 g) pork shoulder roast, cut into strips
  • 1 celery stalk, cut into small dice
  • Celery leaves, finely chopped, to taste
