Bring the broth to a boil in a saucepan. Add the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes depending on the size of the pasta. Add the chicken and spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes. Adjust the seasoning. Add more broth as needed.
