Za’atar spice mix is available in most grocery stores. You can also make it yourself by combining 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp dried thyme, 1 1/2 tsp ground sumac, 1 tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp ground cumin and 1/2 tsp fleur de sel in a small bowl.
