Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients.
  2. Place about 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of filling in the centre of each disc of dough, moisten the edges, close in a half-moon and pinch the edges to seal in the filling.
  3. Steam the dumplings for about 6 minutes.

Note

Count about a dozen of Dim Sum per person. You can prepare more, they freeze beautifully.
