I made this for Christmas dinner. It was delicious! I did add ginger and then a dollop of sour cream to each soup bowl. All of my guests loved it.
Added pumpkin left over from Halloween, ginger, bay leaves and carrot juice, easy and so delicious.

Excellent recipe. It was very easy to make and I did add in some fresh ginger and parsley because I read the comments and figured that that would be a great addition. It was smooth and subtle in taste. Loved it.
