Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh chives
  • 2 teaspoons (30 ml) whole-grain mustard
  • Salt and pepper

• Salad

  • 6 cups (1.5 litres) small red potatoes
  • The kernels of 2 ears corn, cooked (500 ml / 2 cups)
