Potatoes “en Papillote”

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter, diced
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to medium. Place the potatoes, onion and butter on a sheet of lightly oiled aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper. Close to seal. Bake on the grill for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
