- Butter one side of two slices of bread, place the filling on the non-buttered slices side, top with the second slice, buttered side facing up and grill!
Everyone knows the principle of a grilled cheese: cheese melted between two slices of bread generously buttered. I propose to renew this classic with new versions, sometimes savoury, sometimes sweet. Grill them in the skillet and press them with a heavy and clean object to make the bread flat and allow the ingredients to deliciously drip on the sides. All my proposals are for one portion grilled cheese.
