Pomelo and Spicy Crab Salad

  1. Cut the shrimp in half horizontally. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab, cucumber, carrot, pomelo, pomelo juice, cilantro, jalapeño, and paprika. Add the mayonnaise and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle with the peanuts and serve. Better at room temperature.



Add 5 ml (1 teaspoon) curry powder to the mayonnaise.
