    • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 cup (250 ml) grated mozzarella or provolone cheese
    • 4 submarine buns, about 9-inch (23-cm) long
    • Iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced, to taste
