  • 8 oz (227 g) white button mushrooms
  • A bunch of broccoli
  • A few store-bought pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) couscous (semolina)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
