    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) citrus or orange juice (see note)
    • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) crushed red pepper flakes
    • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) black peppercorns, crushed
    • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fennel seeds, crushed
    • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
    • 4 pork chops, about 1-inch (2.5-ml) thick, with the bone
