  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside. 


Sandwich

  1. In a shallow plate, sprinkle the lime juice over the avocado slices. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover the bread with the green onion mayonnaise. Top with the chicken, avocado, mango, and lettuce. Cover with the second slice of bread.
