Chocolate Milk

  1. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and cocoa powder. Add the milk, coffee, and chocolate. Bring to boil, stirring with a whisk. Keep warm. 


Frothed Milk

  1. In a high-sided container, froth the milk and Baileys with an immersion blender or a milk frother.
  2. Pour the hot chocolate into six cups and top with the milk and Baileys foam. 



Note

If desired, garnish with a coconut marshmallow (without the coconut coating)

  1. Since i love Mocha Coffee, I usually ask for 1/2 sweet. This recipe sounds so scrumptious, but 1 tablespoon (3 teaspoons) of sugar per cup is quite too much. I wonder if there is anything that may replace sugar including any artificial sweetener, agave and others. I am not too sure about organic 100% pure maple that would work well. I haven't tried it due to expensive item. I would make it if it has approved via taste-test.
