In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large serving platter, spread the chicken in a line at the centre. Place the tomatoes and avocado on each side followed by the lettuce. Top with the eggs. Sprinkle with the bacon and drizzle with the dressing.
For a quick salad, prepare it with already shredded and washed lettuce, store-bought roasted chicken and already cooked bacon.
