  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper.

Salad

  1. In a large serving platter, spread the chicken in a line at the centre. Place the tomatoes and avocado on each side followed by the lettuce. Top with the eggs. Sprinkle with the bacon and drizzle with the dressing.

Note

For a quick salad, prepare it with already shredded and washed lettuce, store-bought roasted chicken and already cooked bacon.
