- In a bowl using a fork, or in the food processor, combine all the ingredients until smooth. Spoon into ramekins. Cover and refrigerate or freeze until needed (see note).
- Cook in the microwave oven for about 1 minute or until the dip is heated through, stirring halfway through cooking. Cook for about 2 minutes if frozen. Serve with raw vegetables, chips, croutons, or bread sticks.
The uncooked dip will keep for several days in the refrigerator or can be frozen.
